Notes from ethnographer after completing his observation of the study:

We were surprised there is no mark-up with this group on materials, I am not sure this is true in every market.
Participant #2 really struggled with miter cuts and had to ask for another piece of crown. I don’t think he was very experienced in undertaking this type of job.
All remarked the setting was very close to an actual job-site setting. Most thought the table was a luxury and being inside in bad weather for installation would not happen, which would add time to both system installations.
Fypon must take the fear out of using Fypon. There is a fear in using anything new, especially in a cosmetic application.
